Practice the call before the real one.
Tell Zidder which company you’re calling and what you want to sell them. It looks the company up and creates a buyer who works there. Your rep practices the call, gets one thing to fix, and tries again.
“Anything worth doing is worth doing poorly, until you can learn to do it well.”
“People don’t like to be sold, but they love to buy.”
His team studied 35,000 sales calls over 12 years. In big sales, the best reps asked more questions.
Tell it who you’re calling. It does the homework.
You type the company
The one you’re calling this week, and its website if you have it.
Zidder researches it
What they do, their sector, the problems they likely have and the objections you’ll hear.
A buyer from there picks up
Talks like someone inside, with the day-to-day of that industry: a rush order, an audit, a project running late.
Zidder researches the company itself. The buyer has a made-up name.
Ask first. Sell later.
On a first call, most reps start selling too soon. The customer stops listening.

Today Reps practice on real customers.
With Zidder Reps practice that exact call first.
Today You hear very few of their calls.
With Zidder You see every practice and its score.
Today Role-play with a colleague ends in laughter.
With Zidder The buyer works at the company you’re about to call.
Better they slip up on a practice call.
This is how you prep a call with Zidder.
In the demo, you’re Paul. You sell Fluxo and you’re about to call Elena at Tarima for the first time. It takes four steps: Zidder builds the buyer, you call, Zidder scores you and you call again.
Your rep calls, fixes one thing and calls again.
Each practice takes 20 to 90 seconds.
Call
After the first call, you see where the rep stands.
Fix
The coach picks one thing to change.
Again
Same buyer, same call, with the fix.
Better
The rep does it better than the first time.
New buyer
The rep keeps it with a different buyer.

First try on the left. Second try on the right.

A new buyer: Daniel, a CFO who says “we already have something for that.”
The seven parts of your score.
The same seven on every call.
So you can compare every try with the one before.
Each part has its own points, and together they add up to 100.
Watch the demo1 Opening and permission
Introduces themselves, gives a reason for calling and asks if it’s OK to keep going.
Up to 10 points2 Reading the moment
Notices if the buyer is in a rush, between meetings or saying “not now”, and adjusts the goal of the call.
Up to 20 points3 Discovery
Asks about specific problems and how decisions get made before talking about what they sell.
Up to 20 points4 Listening and follow-up
Picks up on what the buyer just said before replying.
Up to 15 points5 Value for the customer
Ties what they sell to a specific problem at that company, using the buyer’s own words.
Up to 15 points6 Objections
Handles the objection respectfully and only promises what they can deliver.
Up to 10 points7 Next step
Suggests a small, concrete next step that fits the call.
Up to 10 pointsAlong with your score, you’ll get the one fix that matters most, a stronger opening, questions to try next time and your next exercise.
You see who is getting better.
Your own material
Practices are built from your documents. You approve each one.
A judge you can correct
Disagree with a score? You’ll be able to correct it or dispute it, and see how far the judge’s scores are from yours.
Who needs you next
One list of the reps to help first.
7-skill passport
Each rep’s average on the seven parts of the score, over their last 20 practice calls.

After every practice, you see what changed.
In a big deal, one good question is worth a lot of money.
Your rep rehearses with the company they’re about to call.

Reps make their mistakes with real customers.
They make them in practice first.

What people ask before they start.
01 What is Zidder?
It lets your team rehearse sales calls out loud. Tell Zidder the company you’re calling and what you want to sell them: it researches the company and creates a buyer who works there. Your rep calls, gets a score and one fix, and calls again.
02 What language is Zidder in?
Spanish, for now. You’ll practice your calls in Spanish, and the app, your scores and your coaching are in Spanish too.
03 Is the buyer the real person I’m calling?
The buyer has a made-up name and works at that company. Zidder researches the company itself: its sector, what it does and the problems it likely has.
04 How much does it cost?
From €99 a month plus VAT, for one rep working on their own. For teams, Starter is €269 for 5 reps, Team is €469 for 10 and Scale is €849 for 20. Pay for the year and you get Solo for the price of 11 months, or a team plan for the price of 10. More than 30 reps? Ask us for an Enterprise quote.
05 What if we need more calls?
On team plans, you can add a practice pack, from €59 a month. The Solo plan comes with 100 practice calls a month plus 20 in reserve. If you need more, email us and we’ll suggest a team plan. And if you run out partway through a call, that call still finishes and gets its score.
06 Can we use our own material?
Yes. Upload your documents and approve each practice. Every line shows where it came from.
07 When will we see results?
In the first week. Each rep calls, gets one fix and calls again. When the second call is better, it worked.
Pick a plan. Start practicing.
With Solo or a team plan, you’ll pay by card and get your login link within one working day.
